Dear Marc,

Thank you for your e-mail.

Please accept my sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused to you
in this matter and due to incorrect information provided by the staff.

I would like to advise you that your account has been activated with '2
months for the price of 1' offer, wherein, an immediate charge of one
month's subscription fee is applied to the account and the following one
month's service is for free. Therefore, you were charged for £5.99
according to the chosen subscription package 'Light use (3 discs a
month) (£5.99 )' at the time of activation.

I'm afraid, I must advise you that we are unaware that the staff is
giving out false information to the subscribers. We shall forward this
information to the relevant department, so that they will investigate
further in this matter accordingly.

I have also initiated a refund of £5.99 which will be credited to your
account once this is approved within 5-7 working days.

Once again I apologise for the inconvenience caused by this issue.

Should you have any more queries, please do let us know and we will be
happy to assist you.
